Detox aluminium - naturally

lifesaboutenergy

Man has had many ‘Ages’ - the ‘Bronze Age’, the ‘Iron Age’, and now in the 20th and 21st Century we are living in ‘The Aluminium Age’. It is the most versatile metal element on Earth.

Industrial manufacturing of aluminium (or Aluminum in the US) has been hugely useful to our modern day life and has had a huge impact on the way we live. There are very few areas of our every day lives where it is not going to be present in some form, but is there a downside?

Aluminium is in fact the third most abundant element on the Earth and it is what the Earth’s crust is made of in combination with Silicon (Silicic acid) and Oxygen. During the industrial revolution of the early 1900’s we learned how to take the Earth’s crust and make aluminium metals and aluminium salts. It was the first time not just human beings but the planet itself and all its inhabitants had experienced large amounts of ‘biologically’ available aluminium.

Professor Christopher Exley is a Bioinorganic Chemist, and group leader of the Bioinorganic Laboratory at Keele University in England. He has been researching aluminium for over 35 years, and has published over 200 peer reviewed scientific papers on aluminium. He has recently published a book called ‘Imagine if you are an Aluminium Atom’. My copy has yet to arrive but I am looking forward to learning more about this topic.

Yes there is a downside according to Professor Exley. With this process of extraction, we and the planet’s other inhabitants no longer have any natural protection from the aluminium itself.

No part of aluminium is good for our bodies internally. Aluminium is a neuro-toxin when inhaled, ingested, absorbed or injected.

What Professor Exley has been able to show in his research is that when aluminium enters our bodies it does not stay in the bloodstream. His autopsies of Alzheimer’s, Multiple Sclerosis, and Autism patients have all shown extremely high levels of aluminium in the brain tissue when compared to control group autopsy specimens that show much lower levels of aluminium. He has gone as far as to say: “No aluminium in the brain, no Alzheimer’s”. Professor Exley’s article in 'The Hippocratic Post' dated 21 January 2020 shares his latest scientific evidence confirming aluminium and Alzheimer’s disease are inextricably linked.

What is worth noting here is that these diseases are modern, and have only been around since aluminium production began. It was a common sight in the kitchen of the modern 1950 - 1960’s housewife to have a brand new aluminium set of cooking pots and pans. Even today it will not be uncommon to find aluminium somewhere in a kitchen, or in the water pipes of old houses. It is also known that many medical tubing systems are lined with aluminium as it helps liquids to flow better.

A Google search ‘aluminium salts and their uses’ was an eye opener to me.

Aluminium salts are widely used in various applications, including cosmetics, vaccines, and water treatment. Here are some specific uses:

  • Cosmetics: Aluminium salts are used in antiperspirants to reduce sweat and associated odours. When applied, the salts dissolve in sweat and form a gel that temporarily blocks sweat glands, reducing the amount of sweat reaching the skin’s surface. They are also used as colourants in cosmetics and as an active ingredient in toothpaste to remove stains.

  • Vaccines: Aluminium salts serve as adjuvants in vaccines, enhancing the immune response to the vaccine components. They help in the uptake and presentation of antigens by immune cells, leading to a stronger immune reaction.

I am adding the link to one of Professor Exley’s last posts in 2021 about the use of aluminium adjuvants and what his research team discovered, and I will say no more. This topic is highly controversial and even Professor Exley is no longer talking about it to protect his team of research personnel from being discriminated against.

  • Water Treatment: Aluminium salts are used as coagulants in water treatment processes. They help in the removal of suspended particles and impurities from water by causing them to clump together and settle out.

Google ‘Aluminium salts in food’ and here is another list.

  • Baking Powder: Many baking powders contain aluminium salts as a leavening agent. This means that baked goods made with such baking powder, like cakes, muffins, and bread, can contain aluminium.

Baking Soda is not the same as Baking Powder but has at times been wrongfully accused of being a carrier of aluminium salts as well. This interesting article goes into depth about where Baking Soda comes from.

  • Processed Cheeses: Aluminium salts are used in processed cheeses to maintain their texture and prevent them from becoming gritty. American cheese and other processed cheese products are significant sources of aluminium.

  • Artificial Food Colours: Aluminium salts are used in the preparation of certain artificial food colours, such as aluminium lakes, which are used to enhance the stability and brightness of colours in foods like candies and beverages.

  • Beverages: Some beverages, including certain types of beer, fruit juices, and mineral waters, can contain aluminium, particularly if they are stored in aluminium containers or come into contact with aluminium during processing.

  • Tea: Tea leaves can absorb aluminium from the soil, leading to higher aluminium content in brewed tea.

  • Canned Foods: Aluminium is used in the production of cans, and trace amounts can leach into the food or beverage inside, especially if the contents are acidic or salty.

  • Chewing Gum: Some chewing gums contain aluminium salts as a preservative or texturizer.

According to Google:

It’s important to note that while aluminium is present in many foods, the levels are generally within safe limits as regulated by food safety authorities. However, individuals with specific health concerns or sensitivities to aluminium may need to be more cautious about their intake.

Needless to say if you look at all the ways it is present in our lives, and we know it is an accumulative substance that stays in our bodies, the effect of this toxin may have the potential to be harmful over many years of exposure.

HOW CAN WE REPAIR AND PROTECT OURSELVES?

We will share with you here how to detox aluminium naturally.

In Professor Exley’s own words “ We will never be able to eliminate aluminium from our lives totally, but you can make life choices to reduce exposure. It is everywhere, but the good news is you can reduce the impact on your body, and detox what has accumulated already by a very simple daily routine”.

Now we can introduce you to the second most important element of planet Earth as shown by Professor Exley’s research.

Silicon (Silicic Acid - Si(OH)4) after water, is the most important molecule on planet Earth because over the entire age of the Earth it has stopped aluminium going into living things and causing harm. It is the Earth and its inhabitant’s natural protection from the harmful effects of aluminium.

Silicic Acid is soluble Silica. It is formed when sand - which is rich in Silica dissolves into the water under heat and pressure, usually as the water comes up through a volcanic source.

It is worth noting here that Silica is not the same as Silicic Acid. Silicic Acid is soluble Silica which is not the same molecule as Silica found in food. Eating Silica rich foods has not been proven to remove aluminium from the body – only the Silica in its soluble form in water has been proven to do so.

Professor Exley studied the effects of giving people Silicon rich mineral water and recording their Urine. What he was able to demonstrate was that aluminium and Silicon were present in equal amounts in the Urine after drinking the Silicon rich water. The Silicon was aiding the removal of aluminium from the body.

In one of his articles he mentions how this is achieved. This form of silicon immediately follows water molecules through the gut wall and into the bloodstream where it forms a complex with aluminium called an hydroxyaluminosilicate. This form of aluminium can be easily filtered from the blood by the kidney. Hence, silicon-rich mineral waters increase the excretion of aluminium in the urine”.

Sweating is another way that you can detox after drinking Silicon rich mineral water, through exercising or having a Sauna. Getting in a Sauna, even once a week while drinking your water will definately help increase your elimination.

According to Professor Exley you are wanting to drink at least one litre of mineral water each day that has a Silica content of at least 30mg/L or higher. The good news is in New Zealand there are several mineral waters (check the labels) that are over this amount, with some having as much as 90mg/L. Some companies are bottling in glass, not plastic which if you can afford it is possibly the better option, or buy in larger sized containers to minimise your waste.

This four minute video is worth every minute as Professor Exley unpacks some interesting personal cases he has worked with.

Like many people who speak a truth that goes against the narrative of Big Pharma Professor Exley has, since 2021 become another professional who is being cancelled and labelled as an ‘anti-vaxxer'. Personal views on vaccines hold no relevance to the years of research and scientific facts that Professor Exley has discovered. However, if you know and have scientifically proven that aluminium is a neuro-toxin and you are concerned about the health and well being of mankind it goes without saying that you will share what you have discovered to be true and let the science speak for itself.

Our families personal journey so far:

After one week on this protocol we had a ‘senior’ relative tell us they could remember strings of numbers better than they could prior, from 3 numbers to 6 without having to go back and look again. Do I personally feel any different? Honestly.... No. Not in the sense that I can be honestly specific, although I am remembering names that eluded me in the past and feel clearer in my thought processes. Do I have high levels of aluminium in my body? According to hair analysis the answer is Yes. I am going to continue to do this because I see no down side in drinking high quality water, and it gives me a focus and a reason to drink at least one litre a day. The science offered by Prof. Exley has shown that it works, but we are all different and the results will potentially vary in each individual.

We received a phone call from a customer who years ago used to buy our Essene bread. Carol is 84 years old and ‘as sharp as a tack’. We chatted for a while as we considered her other options for breads now that we no longer make Essene bread. We chatted about my latest research on Silicon rich mineral water. Turns out she only drinks Tongariro Mineral Water and has done for years, and it happens to have a Silica content of 56mg/L. She has asked me to send her this article in the post when it is ready so she can share it with her friends.

I hope you will share it with your friends and help us grow a healthier world naturally.

Namaste
