Currently, testing can only measure the level of gluten in food down to less than 3ppm so our product has been tested at the lowest possible level. Coeliac New Zealand supports the International CODEX definition of gluten free, defined as ‘Foods containing less than 20ppm of gluten’ as that which is considered suitable for a coeliac diet.
